CED is a Level 2 Accredited Service Provider (ASP) in NSW, authorised to carry out electrical works between the network and the customer’s property. This includes disconnects/reconnects, service upgrades, metering installations, and new connections for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
We specialise in CT metering for large-scale commercial and industrial applications — offering accurate, compliant installations that support safe and efficient energy use.
Whether you’re building new infrastructure or upgrading existing systems, CED delivers Level 2 ASP works to the highest standard — safely, quickly, and with minimal disruption.

CED is in the process of expanding into Level 3 ASP services, which will allow us to offer end-to-end electrical design for overhead and underground infrastructure across NSW.
This includes the planning and design of electrical reticulation networks, including subdivisions, commercial developments, and high-voltage supply projects. Once fully established, our in-house team will provide ASP-compliant design solutions that align with the standards of all major electricity distributors.
